The grapes are destemmed, elaborated in stainless steel tanks where they remain approximately 10 days after finishing the alcoholic fermentation, thus achieving greater color extraction and more complex and tannic wines, optimal for long aging. It ages in Bordeaux barrels of new medium-toasted French oak wood where it carries out the malolactic fermentation, remaining for 12 months. Its aging is completed in the bottle.
